Generated Content: You retain rights to the images you generate using our service, provided they comply with these terms and applicable laws.

Service Technology: The underlying AI technology, algorithms, and software remain the exclusive property of UniVex Animation and its licensors.

6. Limitation of Liability

UniVex Animation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the past 12 months.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.
